In Hamilton’s Health & Safety Program, every person is responsible and accountable for safety – from senior management to the individual worker. This program is monitored, reviewed and updated annually (at
minimum) to ensure compliance with laws pertaining to occupational health and safety.

Hamilton Construction Ltd. employs a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) to work closely with our managers and workers to support our operations.
We believe in an Internal Responsibility System (IRS). It puts in place an employee-employer partnership in ensuring a safe and disease free workplace. Employers and employees working together to improve workplace health and safety. Each worker at Hamilton’s engages the IRS through proactive participation, in house compulsory education and training, identifying and eliminating hazards, and exercising the safest methods to perform tasks.
On our job site, crews hold mandatory meetings to address current H&S issues and ensure our workers adhere to our safety commitments.
